Franchise Manager - Fashion

Job description / Role

Reporting to the Franchise Director, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Leading and implementing the Franchise Business Model from end-to-end in the Middle East markets ensuring best business practices.
- Work closely with other functions such as Finance, Merchandising and Marketing to ensure the smooth running of the franchise operations
- Review and provide recommendations on how to improve performance of the Franchising business model in the respective markets.
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities
- Evaluate franchise partners KPIs to ensure business success and manage all reports
- Develop the assortment and buying plan for all franchise stores

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years experience in a retail business preferably in fashion
- Exposure to sports retail franchise is highly preferred
- Experience in managing a team directly or indirectly
- Strong understanding of Merchandising, Finance, Logistics, and Retail Operations
- Must hold a Bachelors Degree
- Fluency in Arabic and/or French is a plus
