Leap29 are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Head for a Luxury Jewelry retailer in Bahrain that manufactures, designs and distributes its own brand in the GCC, US and Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate in the Jewelry industry to join a business which is rapidly growing, offering exciting career prospects and the chance to travel internationally to desirable locations.
The new Sales Head will be responsible for all activities linking to the sale of merchandize within the organization. You will report into the VP- Marketing and manage the Senior Sales Staff and Store Manager monitoring their sales figures and success. In addition you will be required to be a positive company representative when travelling internationally to Jewelry exhibitions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years Retail experience
- Must have recently worked in the Jewelry industry serving VIP clients
- Managerial experience having worked in a leadership role within a sales department, monitoring KPIs
- Fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory
- GCC experience is desirable however willingness to travel when required is necessary
