Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Establish & coordinate proper operating procedures, standards and technical ideas
- Plan and schedule technical and safety training for the development of Engineering staff
- Cost control against Engineering Budget
- Review and renewal of contracts and follow up with contractor for work completion.
- Prepare annual maintenance budget, maintenance requests, preventive maintenance schedules, procedures & standards for repairs, maintenance and replacement works.
- Evaluate & recommend the accountability for the staff appraisal
- Other duties as assigned by the Department Head
- Implement duties as defined in the DWTC Policies & Procedures
- Continually seek opportunities to develop self and if applicable subordinates
- Implement duties in line with the Quality standards, Security and Health & Safety requirements

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Training: Professional Mechanical courses related to maintenance
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in installation and maintenance of Mechanical works.

Special/Additional Qualification:
- Effective Maintenance cost saving/ FM related courses or involvements.
