Employment: Full Time

The Retail Marketing Manager plays a key role in; supporting and directing the MENA Retailers in the implementation of marketing strategies across the marketing mix; internal and external communications; relationship management with key stakeholders and operational tasks.

The role includes responsibility, management and control of a substantial fund.

The Responsibilities

Retailer Management
- Ensure each retailer develops a comprehensive detailed communications strategy and plan for each fiscal year as well as a top line overview of a 5 year business plan
- Ensure each retailer plans are aligned to Global/Regional Office plans
- Lead, manage and monitor the Retailer Marketing Policy
- Manage quarterly marketing plan updates with each MENA retailer
- Manage quarterly co-op budget updates with MEC
- Manage media plan approvals
- Approval of all ATL and BTL creative work as per CI guidelines
- Support in launch road shows working with Experiential Manager
- Management and responsibility for retailer event planning

- Event approval forms
- Pre-event planning (ensuring retailers adhere to guidelines)
- Post-event reporting and importantly data capture to CRM team
- Collation of all case studies
- Management of retailer magazine orders/process
- Order calls
- Processing finance
- Management of all brochure artwork and retailer orders
- Management of retailer motor show planning
- Organization and management of MENA motorshow kit
- Organization and management of dual brand mall display kits
- Manage and coordinate new retailer joiners' inductions in MENA
- Management and responsibility of retailer co-op budgets in collaboration with Marketing Managers, Marketing Director and MEC
- Management of retailer tactical sales campaigns and offers working closely with Regional Business Managers
- Work with regional roster of agencies when/where needed ATL, BTL, PR and Social Media on all retailer campaigns, activities, launches
- Conduct market visits and reviews
- Management of Branded Goods

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years Marketing experience
- Proven track record delivering business objectives
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Financial acumen
- Possessing solid communication and presentational skills
- Confident with exceptional networking, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic (French beneficial)
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Minimum of degree level education in related area
- Strong work ethic
- Supremely organized with excellent attention to detail
- A can do attitude and the willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks required to meet the daily demands of the business
- Works well under pressure and thrives on responsibility
- A team player who will engender goodwill
- Passionate about digital
- Strong ability to problem solve independently
