Recruitment Resourcer

Job description / Role

An opportunity is now available for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Resourcer/Researcher to join the Nimbus team in Dubai and assist in the delivery of highly professional candidates to the Nimbus client base.

Key deliverables:
- To be the main support to the Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Manager/Director
- To resource candidates from the database, through networking, referrals and via the Internet
- To fully qualify candidates using a rigorous recruitment process through telephone and email
- To manage candidates through the full recruitment life cycle from initial screening through to placement including arranging interviews
- Ensuring that Bullhorn (CRM) is used to its full potential, maintaining the quality and integrity of the data
- To assist with project recruitment and account manage key clients

Requirements

- Proven track record in resourcing of permanent staff up to Director/Executive level, minimum 5 years
- Must have worked in the UAE for a minimum 3 years
- Full knowledge of candidate search tools including Linked In, CRM, referrals and job boards
- Experience writing detailed job adverts
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Excellent organization and presentation skills
- Able to prioritise own workload
- Fluent in English both written and spoken

Experience sourcing candidates in one or more of the following industries:
- Technology
- Security
- Satellite
- Telecoms
- Any similar to the above
