Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our clients Doha team based on site. The position requires strong exterior building envelope design experience, along with excellent coordination skills. Familiarity with BIM /REVIT along with development, implementation and monitoring of QA/QC processes is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the facade design and coordination review for a large mixed-use project in Doha.
- Offer technical leadership skills on the project to be sure it is in accordance with project scope, design, budget, client goals and core requirements.
- Provide project team coordination for incorporating design intent in to the construction documentation and specifications during construction administration.
- Assist the project team on site.
- Provide input on technical issues.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, to meet overall project objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Architecture.
- Extensive experience overseeing the technical building envelope design on projects, leading project teams, project management, and being responsible for project delivery.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and other documentation software.
- Excellent communication and management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff members and clients.
