Performance Development Specialist - Business Change - Aviation - UAE
An Airline client is looking for a Performance Development Specialist to support the drive for greater customer centricity an influence business performance through strong partnership and collaboration with all business units.
Responsibilities:
- Driving customer centricity and influencing customer experience for various products and services
- Drive a unique understanding of customers needs through research insights, business process reviews, customer feedback and direct observation
- Identify and drive initiatives to reduce customer and user effort and enhance the advocacy of the customers
- Conduct workshops / focus groups and work with cross functional teams and customer groups
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a customer experience field i.e. Airline / Airport / Hotel / Bank / Travel / Retail
- Focused on Change Management
- Experience within a customer experience based role
- People Management
