Job description / Role
A leading Property and Community Management company is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Maintenance Operations Director.
The role will involve the management of all the maintenance on current and future contracts, you will be expected to manage the multi-cultural engineering teams and ensure that all work gets carried out on time and to schedule ensuring that the clients are satisfied at all times.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum of a degree in engineering and come with a proven track record within FM of managing Maintenance contracts either in-house or for a contractor.
