Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

Sales
- Meets/Exceeds sales objectives in accordance with the targets
- Manages retail discounts within parameters set
- Demonstrates advanced selling skills

Retail Focus
- Acquires/shares evolving market trends and competitive activities
- Ensures proper stock management, minimizing stock out situations
- Displays highest level of store upkeep and in store displays

Brand Ambassador
- Develops and maintains consistent client relationship
- Effectively analyzes business to ensure client continuity
- Identifies and measures current and prospect customers and their requirements by various CRM initiatives
- Possesses in-depth product knowledge of the brand and a good knowledge level of competing brand(s)
- Represents as an immaculately groomed and positive personality with fine etiquette

Team Management
- Develops cohesive team, fully trained and motivated to deliver superior customer service on a consistent basis
- Leads staff by example
- Supervises and manages assigned store and also fill-in for staff while on the shop-floor, personally dealing with Key/Valuable customers
- Manages performance of team through coaching, disciplining and appraising job results
- Ensures staff are always well groomed and adhere to work rules

Head Office Liaison
- Pro-actively provides feedback in a structured manner on opportunities for continuous improvement
- Plays an instrumental role in on-going development of self, boutique, people and practices
- Gathers/shares market intelligence

Requirements

- Graduate
- Formal retail/brand experience
- Minimum three years of retail, store managerial or semi-store managerial experience in a fashion or high-end luxury retail sales environment
Reporting to: Vice President - Eyezone /Assistant Manager - Retail Operations
