Head - Service Integration

Job description / Role

At Norconsulting we are looking for a Head Service Integration

Key Responsibilities:
- Monetization of Network resources to extend services footprint to any point in the network as driven by business requirements.
- Project growth patterns for the next few years and the bandwidth requirements for end user for dimensioning of network resources and backhaul network.
- Able to Design, Develop and articulate the vision of the Integrated Services using different last mile access technologies such as LTE, Wi-Fi and FTTH.
- Cater services (Data, Voice and Video) for Retail, Enterprise and Carrier Customers for End to End Service Delivery
- Gather, clarify, Analyze business requirement for Converged Services, and communicate to Network Team for Scaling and Sizing of the Network
- Delivery of optimal any to any connectivity between various type of access networks, supporting ecosystems components
- Align business goals and direction with respect to Integrated Services
- Develop, document, and communicate a long-term vision for a company's information technology infrastructureto Services vision
- Deliver Multiplay services to end users using different type of access technologies used in the converged network Platform
- Collaborative efforts between the Organization, Partners and Vendors for Delivery of Services end to end
- Develop a functional specification for the Services and create transition strategy
- Define the strategy and execution priorities for the network infrastructure and associated services and applications
- Understand a company's business and the impact of that business on the architecture, design and operation of the company's Network with respect to services
- Coordinate teams consists of designers from other disciplines (e.g application, data center) and other roles (e.g business, financial, facilities, marketing) to understand the applications and services required to meet the business goals and to specify the properties of the network to support those applications and services
- Respond to requests with reasonable rough estimates of impact, time, feasibility, practicality, and alignment with business goals
- Management role, interfacing with the Internal and External customer about network solutions.
- Self-motivated individual with leadership qualities Mentoring the team, planning & executing competence development plan for the entire team.

Requirements

- ME/M.Tech/MS
- Competence in Enhanced Communications such as Voice Calling, Presence based Instant Messaging, Real-time QoS based High Speed Internet Access, Video Calling, Voice and Video Mail/SMS, Network Address Book
- Competence in planning and design of data Communication Network, IP security for Telecom Carrier
- Sound knowledge on Multimedia Entertainment Services including Broadcast and on Demand TV.
- Sound Knowledge on Cloud Storage/Apps and Social Media Services, M2M Services, M-Commerce and Gamming Services and Good Understanding of Services Delivery Platforms, Devices and Elements of IP Network
- Excellent Communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills. Self driven and team management skills
- Cisco CCIE/CCDE and similar certifications will be an added advantage.
- Deep knowledge of a wide array of network technologies and Services (e.g., Voice Video and Data)
- Deep knowledge in different network environment (e.g., data center, Gloud, Radio Access Technologies)
- Deep knowledge of a wide array of applications on the network (e.g., voice, video)
- Knowledge on interactions between devices/components and network technologies
- Understanding on RFCs, interactions with Standard Bodies and Government Agencies for Creating and Operationalization of Services.
