Employment: Full Time

To provide support with various human resource functions, which include staffing, training and development as well as performance monitoring. Responsibilities also include identifying and sourcing talent to meet business requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.

- Working closely with departments, increasingly in a advisory role, assisting managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Developing and communicating policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management and employee relations issues.
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
- Manages the recruitment process in a timely and cost efficient manner while keeping the Hiring Manager and associated Stake Holders updated.
- Maintain and update the Recruitment Management System (RMS) with all relevant candidate and requisition information
- Writing job advertisements
- Research and utilize multiple channels and creative means to source talent and formulate sourcing strategies
- Preparation and facilitation of Assessment Centres, interviewing and psychometric tests as part of the selection process
- Completes necessary checks and coordinates all relevant information in conjunction with internal departments to ensure the post-placement, on-boarding and visa process is adhered to and records are constantly maintained.
- Preparation of offer letters and employment contracts
- Assist in the development of HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers, skills levels and diversity mix.
- Planning and at times delivering training and inductions for new staff.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in business, HR or a related discipline
- 2 - 4 years recruitment experience preferably within an agency and in-house/corporate environment
- Competency based interviewing skills
- Exposure to facilitating assessment centres
- Arabic language skills preferable.
- High level of English communication both written and oral
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity relating to multi-nationalities
- Demonstrates business acumen
- Interpersonal expertise and ability to relate to people on all levels
- Effective at time management and able to balance multiple competing priorities
- Persuasive and influential
- Demonstrates solid decision making and problem solving skills
- Perseveres and sustains energy through difficult and frustrating situations and times of change

(A&F), with respect to its Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitch brands. The agreement is to develop Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitchs presence within the UAE, further supporting the brands international growth. As Abercrombie & Fitch Co.s first physical foray into the Middle East, the landmark joint venture partnership with Majid Al Futtaim Fashion should significantly broaden A&Fs regional potential across the GCC, further adding to the regions offering of exceptional market leading international brands.
