Our client develops, operates and maintains a high voltage power transmission and bulk water transmission network within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. They are responsible for the safe, secure and reliable transmission of water and electricity from the producers to the distribution networks. Our client is looking to expand its growing business.
Our client is currently looking for UAE National to join the team in Al Ain as Mechanical Technician - Substation Operations and Maintenance. You will be responsible for assisting in operating and handling alarms and troubleshooting of operational problems at the substation. You will also repair and maintain all equipment at the substation under the guidance of your supervisor.
Requirements
To be a successful candidate you shall have College diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and minimum of 4 years of experience in the function or similar utility.
You need to have ability to carry out duties independently, you shall be able to timely troubleshooting of breakdowns. You need to be able to resolve simple technical problems at substations.
