Property Consultant - Dubai

Our client is looking for an experienced Real Estate sales professional to join their fast growing organization. You must be self-motivated and results driven. Our clients offer a basic salary as well as an excellent commission structure and other incentives. Mobile and laptop will be provided as well as new and exclusive leads. Medical insurance also provided.

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Established clients needs
- Advising on market status, figures and legal formalities
- Collaborate with colleagues, lenders and other professionals to ensure all terms / agreements are met and adhered to
- Ability to negotiate between all parties
- Able to present purchase offer
- Preparing contracts and relevant documentation
- Supervise signing of documentation
- Finalizing property closings

Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year Real Estate experience
- Hardworking and self-motivated
- Tenacious
- Impeccable communication skills
- Well presented
- Aggressive yet approachable attitude
- Western educated
