Senior Marine Estimator

Job description / Role

International Civil Engineering & Marine Contractor is looking to appoint a proven Senior Estimator. They want to recruit someone based locally in the UAE with strong knowledge of Marine related projects in the Onshore & Offshore sectors. You will be happy to collate information and work within a tender team to produce tender documents and put out high volume and top quality estimates.

This business has a key background within Heavy Civil Engineering and this role is to push on and advance forward from the projects recently awarded to the group. With a history of 25+ Years producing work within the Marine sector to the highest level. This employer has a superb reputation for delivering and looking after employees.

Requirements

You will have a minimum of 4+ Years experience within tendering and pricing of such works:
- Harbours, Break ways, Dredging
- Quay Structures, Coastal Protection / Rock works
- Construction and Civil work projects in marine environments
- Piling, Piers, Water intakes
- Personality, communication skills, drive and can do attitude are all essential for this role.

Reporting into a Estimation Manager for the group you will be a key driver in producing high quality tenders. They want someone with a civil engineer background with eye for detail when reviewing Scope of works / Design and everything at pre award.

FOLLOWING IS ESSENTIAL:
- Can provide 2 strong references
- Educated to degree level in home country (Civil Engineering / Marine)
- 4 Years Minimum GCC experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience of CCS Software

For the right person the business will pay from 22-28,000 AED Per Month plus Family Medical, Flights & Annual Bonus.
