Job description / Role
Our client are a Global luxury interior fit out company and are currently looking to bring on board an experienced Business Development Professional in Dubai
Establishes and maintains client partnerships through networking and continuous communications. This customer service focused individual prepares and manages client proposals and presentations while meeting multiple competing deadlines. Coordinates and develops RFP-compliant, responsive, competitive marketing proposals as a part of the North America Business Development and Marketing team. Ensures that opportunities are tracked through CRM and that an independent quality review (IQR) is conducted on every proposal. Has in-depth knowledge of the Hospitality industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with Design Director and client to coordinate FF&E design package based on project criteria, program and budget
- Participates in presentation and insures format is compatible with office and client standards
- Coordinates and maintain FF&E BOQ, budget.
- Reviews FF&E specifications for documentation and approval.
- Serves as local contact with purchasing agent for FF&E.
- Reviews sample, strike-offs, etc. for compliance with specifications and design intent.
- Directs and reviews furniture plans for content and accuracy and insures that they are fully coordinated with architectural, electrical, RCP & lighting plans and other consultants drawings
- Coordinates presentation of artwork.
- Coordinates FF&E installation with all parties involved.
- Works with Project Designer and Project Manager throughout project to help formulate staff utilization/work plan, task assignments.
- Be knowledgeable about contractual responsibilities as it relates to FF&E in all phases.
- Coordinates with Project Architectural Designer for any changes in finish schedule and FF&E items
- Coordinates decorative lighting.
Requirements
- Allocate and adjust FF&E BOQ in coordination with client and project Design Director.
- Review and modify if necessary: specifications, details of FF&E items.
