Job description / Role
- Establish and lead the pre/formulation team for biotech products
- Identify all equipment and reagents needed
- Develop needed formulations for future products as company plans for expansion in Biotech
- Setup all procedures including analytic assays for formula development
- Setup all needs for handling formulations analysis, storage, stability and documentations preparation according to regulatory requirements.
- Be part of all needed analytic and stability technical support.
Requirements
- Bio-technologist, Protein Chemist with BSc or Maximum MSc level
- Hands on experience in handling, formulation development and analysis of biotech protein products (up to 5-8 years) of relevant experience
- Good understanding and hands on experience in protein handling, formulation, analysis and stabilization
Competencies: (Functional & Technical)
- Competent in protein chemistry, biotech formulation development, optimization and analysis,
- Establish stability and storage for biotech products as per regulatory requirements
- Good team player with open communication
- Can establish and lead his/her own team
