Job description / Role
An exciting opportunity with an established leading Middle East Cost Consultancy working on the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) - Major contractor and high rise building experience is essential
Responsibilities:
- To develop the contractual requirements relating to cost control & estimation, invoicing of payment & variations to be stipulated in the Agreements and incorporate them into the tender documents/agreements.
- To monitor the reported costs and determine the areas of concern impacting the Agreement price and budget of the projects, advise Planning Department Head on the proposed corrective actions to be taken in order to mitigate its impact on the project budget.
- To prepare cost estimates and budgets for new projects and develop submittals for management approvals.
- To prepare Monthly Cost Status Reports and Project Register and periodic cost information reports to Management.
- To prepare Annual Capital and Operating budgets for Technical Group and their updating
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience within the industry.
