Job description / Role
Our client is a Leading Law-Firm in Bahrain who is currently looking for a "Legal Associate/ Adviser".
Main responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, & updating various Legal Banking Documents (Syndication, IPO, M&A, & others).
- Conducting Legal Due Diligence.
- Advise on deal and negotiating tactics.
- Negotiate agreement, sign, announce publicly, close the deal.
- Drafting and negotiating the sale and purchase agreements, drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements between the shareholders, implementing group restructuring if needed, dealing with the stock exchange and takeover panel in the case of listed companies.
Commission / Bonus: Annual Performance Bonus
Requirements
- B.S in Law
- Master in Law will be a plus
- 4-8 years experience
Specialist knowledge:
- Extensive experience within Banking Law i.e. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), IPO, Syndication, Bonds, Capital Market & etc
- Solid knowledge in Corporate Law.
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, very good legal writing skills.
- Team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable.
- Able to work under pressure.
Age Range: 26-38
Gender Preference: Males only
Nationality Preference: GCC or non-GCC Arabs
Language Fluency: Fluency in written & spoken both English & Arabic is a must
