KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

As a Quantity Surveyor employed as part of the Project Management and Construction Management Division you will be responsible for providing cost estimates for building and infrastructure services on a Tourism Project in Oman. This position requires a candidate who is pro-active, assertive, detail oriented and capable of handling complex and multi-faceted issues.

Requirements

- Proven ability to manage directing, planning and coordinating the administrative and fiscal aspects of the project.
- Preparation of bill of quantities and progress reports.
- Proven capability in preparing the cost analysis, planning, controlling and value engineering.
- Significant experience in recommending procurement methods for projects.
- Working knowledge of FIDIC.
- Basic knowledge of general design and construction activities for mixed-use development projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.
- BSc in Quantity Surveying is essential, coupled with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience.
- Prior experience in the Gulf Region is preferred as is membership of an applicable professional association such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
