Job description / Role
- Responsible for setting up the human resource department from scratch
- Provide full Human Capital administrative functions in the respective business units.
- Provide support to all Human Capital related matters and initiatives (recruitment, visa arrangements, new employee induction and orientation, payroll input, managing employee benefits, employee engagements like resignation and termination, etc.)
Requirements
- Must be an university graduate
- HR generalist experience and well grounded in UAE law
- Excellent planning and organising skills - ability to balance area and regional responsibilities
- Experience in HRIS systems, proficiency with Excel, extraordinary attention to details
- Experience in payroll and benefit practices
