KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Working within KEOs Project Management and Construction Management Division as Project Director/ Senior Project Manager, you will be managing a prestigious Tourist Development project from inception through to completion based in Oman.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 20 years post graduate experience in project management and design. Masters qualifications will be viewed favourably.
- Previous experience gained within a Consultancy would be beneficial, whilst prior experience in the Gulf Region is advantageous as is membership of an applicable professional association
- Experience of working on Tourist resorts and the ability to act as the sole KEO representative for the Project.
- Candidates must have experience of working on Projects from Inception through to completion as this is at Pre-Contract Stage
- Significant experience in Project Management and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects requiring interface and coordination between engineering, architecture, urban planning and client groups.
- Proven ability in leading and managing a team on large mixed-use development projects and ensuring design deliverables achieve time, quality and budgetary targets.
- Significant knowledge and proven leadership experience gained from an engineering consultancy background, having managed construction projects along with a thorough knowledge of project management processes and systems.
- Capability in the preparation of contract and tender documents for the specific projects identified as outcomes of the master planning process and overseeing the implementation of the project programme on behalf of the Client.
- Excellent communication skills along with the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.
