Job description / Role
Facility Maintenance Engineer - Riyadh
Inspire Selection are working on behalf of a major client based in Riyadh, currently operating one of the most prolific towers in the region. Working directly with the client, they have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work alongside the Operations Director managing the contractor on site.
The main activity of this role is to function as a Maintenance Engineer to oversee all maintenance activity including mechanical, electrical, and low current systems whilst ensuring that all systems are maintained & operated effectively by directing and supervising the maintenance contractor.
The successful candidate should have hands on maintenance knowledge on Pumps, Boilers, AHU, FCU, Substations, Panel boards on multiple, mixed use projects.
Package:
Negotiable depending on experience but includes Medical + Flights + Bonus of 3 x salary.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical and or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent certificates.
- At least 6 years experience in a similar role, ideally on a high rise project.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, team builder, self confident, enthusiastic, possess initiative and committed to professional values.
- Must be based in the region and have a transferable Iqama.
