Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the global leaders in the planning, installation and operational management of drinking water and wastewater plants. With almost a century of plant building experience, they utilise a comprehensive range of services and innovative technologies in a vast variety of international locations.

They are now looking for a Manager - Sales and Marketing to drive their business forward in the Plant Operation & Maintenance market of the Middle East.

In the role of Manager - Sales and Marketing, you will have a number of key accountabilities:
- Identification of marketing potential for Operation and Maintenance activities of water projects in the Middle East (mainly Oman, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia)
- Maximizing generation of enquiries through various sources including the Government/Municipalities, large scale Contracting Companies and Consultants
- Formulation and implementation of marketing strategies to maximize order booking and revenue opportunities
- Gathering market information regarding ongoing and upcoming water/wastewater treatment plants pertaining to O&M
- Supporting preparation of techno-commercial tenders and offers, carrying out techno-commercial discussions with the client
- Devising the right sales strategy to each market segment in the various zones in line with the agreed business plan
- Managing and guiding the marketing and proposal team for the best performance
- Achieving the order booking/sales target and ensuring full customer satisfaction
- Finding a strategic Partner for the GCC region

Requirements

- At least 8 years of practical experience in the areas of Sales and Marketing
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Middle East
- A self-motivated, proactive and positive personality with good leadership qualities
- Solid communication skills - English required, Arabic beneficial
