Employment: Full Time

The English & Examinations HR team is actively recruiting for a Talent Management Consultant to be responsible for customising and implementing talent and L&D frameworks and approaches in support of the delivery of the corporate plan within the English and Examinations strategic business unit.

The Talent Consultant can be based within any of our regional HR hub globally and will be working as part of the wider English & Examinations HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to join British Councils' largest, and growing, strategic business unit.

Requirements

You will have knowledge of:
- Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Talent management trends and processes
- Training needs analysis, training design and development
- Basic understanding of workforce planning

You will have experience of:
- Talent & succession practices in an international organisation or talent consulting background
- Developing and implementing talent management initiatives in a complex matrix environment across multiple geographical locations
- Experience within the learning and development team in an international setting

You will be qualified with:
- Talent Management or L&D related qualification or equivalent experience
- CIPD or equivalent
