Our Client have established and maintained a distinguished name in product, service and business for over 50 years.

They have successfully evolved into manufacturing, electro-mechanical engineering, real estate, utilities, financial investment and Retail through strategic stakes and local & international investments.

The Retail division is undergoing further expansion representing mid range fashion brands from international markets

With their recent venture interest in launching and expanding a fashion brand into the market, our client is seeking an experienced Country Manager to take over the operations of launching the brand and further expanding outlets across Saudi Arabia

As this is a new brand and startup division within the Group, there remains huge potential and growth opportunity within the company eventually taking on the responsibility as General Manager for this brand and any further brands invested in.

The Key role is, and not limited to, analyzing the market requirements, determine the product range, assess pricing, logistics, supply chain, hiring of retail outlet staff and outlet merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual budget, including the sales forecasts, expenses, manpower requirements, capex, projected cash flows and funding requirements for all new outlets.
- Review the monthly MIS reports for each outlet
- Prepare and review monthly reports
- Ensure media advertising budgets and oversee the marketing strategy
- Assist in marketing activities prior to and after launch
- Develop and implement operating policies and procedures
- Regular review of stock levels
- Ensure that the training programs to all new employees are implemented
- Conduct monthly Management meetings with relevant heads of departments
- Assist in feasibility of new locations
- Prepare a 2 to 3 year development / expansion plan for the brand/s

Requirements

- Graduate MBA with specialization in Retail is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years experience at senior level managing full P&L responsibility within the fashion industry
- Experience in startups, opening of new outlets and managing multiple outlet locations
- Experience in the GCC is essential
- Excellent Communications skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong business acumen
