Facade Design Department Manager

Exciting role based in Hong Kong

The position for a Facade / Curtain Wall Design Department Manager for a leading international contractor based here in Hong Kong.

The role will involve you being number one for all design aspects related to the facade and curtain walling part of the business in Hong Kong and the factory based in China. You will be looking after 20 - 25 live projects at any one time. These projects will be mostly luxury flag ship stores. You will be managing 25 - 30 people.

This role is immediately available and comes with an attractive salary.

Requirements

You will be a specialist in facade design but also be a people person and have good management skills and have managed a team of this size previously. The role requires looking after the P and L for the department and all other facets not just design functions.
