Job description / Role
- To work according to the requirements of the Company Quality System.
- To promote the image and products of company to potential customers.
- To complete household inspections for local and export removals as required and assist clients in all aspects of moving.
- To develop accurate removals quotations, ensuring that volume and packing calculations are correct, each removal is profitable through application of appropriate margins, and that quotations are forwarded to clients accurately and quickly.
- To liaise with corporate account managers & other consultants, communicating corporate leads.
- To plan day's sales activities and assist with telephone quotations where required.
- To develop quotations and present to potential customers, obtaining confirmation signatures wherever possible on quotation documents.
- Attend sales meetings and staff meetings as required.
- Liaise with Customer Service Manager to ascertain operational situation as required. Prepare the necessary documentation to ensure that the Customer Service Department is correctly advised of packing and uplift requirements of all consignments.
Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in removals and relocation industry
- Good sales and negotiating skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to promote company services and bring in new business
- Build strong professional relationships
