Project Manager

Job description / Role

Our client a leading tier one main contractor is seeking a Leading Project Manager as they have secured a mega scale ASD construction project in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project team
- Responsible for oversee the construction project including quality control, progress monitoring, design coordination, value enhancement, planning and overall administration.
- Coordinate with the consultants/clients to monitor stage handover of works area to ensure the works to be carried out by subcontractors are in good order.
- Monitor the subcontractors to implement the approved safety plans and ensure site safety as required

Requirements

- Degree in Building/Construction or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 13 years’ experience in top tier main contractor with at least 6 years in managerial exposure
- Previous experience in large scale building project especially in ASD project is highly preferred
- Member of CIOB or HKIE is an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation and management skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese written and spoken.
