In the department of Hair Care Research, we are looking for a Formulation Scientist
Type of contract: Full time
Location: Mumbai, India
As a Scientist in the Development group, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing Hair Color and Hair Care formulation for PPD
• Manage claims and scientific communications for PPD
• Competition mapping and analysis
• Work with regulatory affairs teams
• Maintain Close connect with global lab partners
• Work closely with cross-functional teams like CMI, DI, Evaluation
• Work closely with stakeholders like Operations teams: PD, Factory, QC, Sourcing
• Key point of contact for PPD DMI & Marketing
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you have:
• Bachelors/Masters or PhD in relevant disciplines
• 8 - 10 years Industry experience with a provent track record of products in the market
You are:
• Self-motivated with networking ability
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication (written & oral) and organizational skills
• Confident engaging with and presenting to senior executives
• Open minded and flexible to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
• A Dynamic person with good Communication Skills and strong ambition to grow
