Job description / Role
Leading Regional Design studio are designing and delivering some of India's largest, and iconic building projects.
Their multi disciplined team of Architectures and Engineers have a wide range of projects designed and delivered in the region and across their multiple studios in India.
Their Bangalore studio are inviting candidates for Head of Mechanical and Electrical division to apply.
This professional will be responsible for the MEP division, ensuring the design and delivery standards for large complex structures are upheld, with contractual and financial responsibility for the division.
Requirements
This individual will have around 20 years experience post graduation of a Degree in ideally Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Working within a reputed design consultancy, this individual will have experience designing and delivering large iconic build projects to international standards.
Along with a strong track record of successful project delivery, this individual will be a strong team manager, having managed large teams and driven operations and resources function.
Experience in India would be ideal, not necessary.
Excellent English communication is required, written and oral.
