WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff are looking for a Head of Property & Buildings to manage and develop the Middle East Property & Buildings teams in India, both in Noida and longer term the Bangalore offices.
This involves taking on a variety of responsibilities, with the main objectives being the development and growth of the P&B teams, with a focus on technical quality, design coordination and resource planning.
The role will primarily work operationally within the Building Services team ensuring the technical output is of a high standard across all projects; also undertake management activities across all teams that make up the P&B. This includes Building Services, Building Structures, Specialist Services and Fire & Life Safety teams with an overall responsibility for approximately 80 people initially. You will have line management responsibility for the various Heads of Disciplines within the P&B offices and will also maintain a close working relationship with various Team Leaders and Project Engineers within the Middle East offices, including occasional travel to the Middle East.
Requirements
We would like to speak with positive, people focused individuals who are proactive and results-driven, and have excellent client facing skills. You’ll have a minimum of 15 years’ experience as a Building Services Engineer with experience working in the Middle East. Previous experience in the offshoring model, preferred but not essential. You’ll be degree qualified and member of a recognized professional engineering institute such as IET or CIBSE.
