MEP Utilities Project Manager - Chennai

Reporting to the Project Director you will responsible for the delivery a new Commercial / IT Park project in Chennai. The project comprises 4no buildings to complete in a fast-track programme of works.

- This MEP Manager will be required to oversee the completion of infrastructure and utilities package of works which will include re-routing utilities and altering the layout of services in the ground.
- Working closely with the client, sub consultants and main contractors from pre-con through to delivery on site.
- Review overall project status with the Project Management, Project Controls and Commercial teams and recommend corrective action where necessary.

Requirements

- Degree Qualification is Essential.
- International experience is preferred.
- High End Building or Major Project experience is essential.
- A Main Contracting, Management Contracting, Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering background are all acceptable.
- Must have experience with well recognized, blue-chip construction organisations.
- Candidates MUST be prepared to live and work in the location of the project.
- Must be able to demonstrate longevity in previous work history.

The Salary Package
- Full salary package that includes Basic Salary and Living Allowances.
