Planning Manager - New Delhi

Large Residential / High Rise project experience (pre-construction and supervision). Phase one is a 22+storey residential building project. Phase two will involve 6no high rise towers

- Responsible for the development of the Programme controls and methodology for delivery of numerous sub-programme packages.
- Establish and maintain schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
- Working closely with the client, sub consultants and main contractors.
- Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.
- Responsible for managing the Project Planning & Project Controls team, reporting to the Project Director.

Requirements

- Degree Qualification is Essential.
- International experience is preferred.
- High End Building or Major Project experience is essential.
- A Main Contracting, Management Contracting, Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering background are all acceptable.
- Must have experience with well recognized, blue-chip construction organisations.
- Candidates MUST be prepared to live and work in the location of the project.
- Must be able to demonstrate longevity in previous work history.
