Project Manager (High Rise) - Kolkata, India

Experienced Western Project Manager required to run a 50+ storey luxury development in India.

Client is an International Main Contractor who specialize in high-rise towers across the Middle East and Asia.

This project is a high-spec 1 Billion AED+ job in the centre of Kolkata. It features a 5* hotel with 200+ rooms, as well as luxury residential units.

Due to an internal transfer within the business, they require an experienced Project Manager to join this scheme and take it through to completion. This person will manage a large site team of Construction Managers / Foremen and will in turn report into the Country Director.

Requirements

- Experience running a high rise project of 30 storey +
- Experience working for a contractor in the Middle East or India is essential
- Relevant degree in Construction Management beneficial
- Experience managing large site teams
- Strong work ethic
