The Role
- Working on a significant New Build, High Rise / Mixed Use development in Mumbai, India.
- Reporting to the Project Director and responsible for the overall Planning and Programming of this major scheme.
- Responsible for the scheduling and sequencing of works.
- Your involvement will be from pre-con stages through to hand over. Procurement, design management, delivery and hand over.
- Responsible for managing all planning staff and planning aspects of the sub-consultants and trades package contractors.
- Part of the senior management team in a client facing role.

Requirements

- Degree Qualification is preferred for Client Approval.
- High Rise Building project experience of 200metres or 50+ storeys is required.
- A Main Contracting, Management Contracting, Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering background are all acceptable.
- Must have experience with well recognized, blue-chip construction organisations.
- Candidates MUST be prepared to live and work in the location of the project.
- Must be able to demonstrate longevity in previous work history.

The Salary Package
- Full salary package that includes Basic Salary and Living Allowances.
