• Ensure the hotel is a Great Place to Work
• Drive Operational excellence by applying data analytics and metrics
• Ensure superior Employer Branding for the Hotel to attract Best Talent
• Drive & support Learning and Development Opportunities aligned to Business Needs
• Sustain business continuity by ensuring proactive succession planning for critical roles
• Drive Performance oriented & Engaging Culture through strong Performance Management practices, R&R , Engagement Programmes, Communications platforms etc.

Essential and optional requirements
• MBA in HR from a reputed Business school
• 6-9 years relevant experience in hospitality in international brands of which at least 2 years should be in a similar responsibility level
• Excellent people Management skills to manage a team of highly innovative & creative Professionals.
• Ability to work under pressure & excellent problem solving & decision making skills.
• Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
• Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership and expanding scope of responsibilities.
• High on Integrity; is self-motivated; High on energy and passion for the job
• Ability to communicate in Telugu would be an added advantage.
