Employment: Full Time

Our Client are seeking a strong HR Generalist who will be responsible for:
- Support and contribution to the ethical growth of the organization.
- Manage HR initiatives, identify, plan and execute on the HR solutions.
- Provide advice and counsel to the business on HR matters.
- Drive a culture of high performance, ensure that a pipeline of talent is continually being built to attract, retain and develop talent.
- Support the annual appraisal process
- Manage the day to day activity of the administration tasks in the HR department
- Analyze HR data to provide coherent information to help make informed business decisions.
- Review and recommend improved Compensation and benefits

Requirements

The suitable candidate will have strong HR generalist experience ideally within an expanding/changing business. You will have prior knowledge of leading on compliance and quality procedures and have at least 10 years of experience in Iran.
