Job description / Role

Daily Operations
- Follow the day-to-day operations to ensure continuity of work
- Ensure the development and implementation of the processes according to the group standards.
- Ensure the delivery of budgets and targets agreed in both Topline and Bottom Line on monthly basis.
- Ensure the delivery of all agreed initiatives towards fulfilling the agreed plans.
- Ensure cost control within the agreed budget and accurate forecasting for short and long term.
- Ensure the reporting to the zone on time and with clear analysis.
- Make sure that the operations are under control in terms of Production, Quality and raw material availability.

Strategic
- Update the strat plan and align it with both distributor and Management.
- Follow market share development and ensure the delivery of the strat plan agreed with the management.
- Work on portfolio development to serve the delivery of strat plan.
- Work with HR to develop the local structure with more localization.
- Monitor market development and share with management potential opportunities and threats in all aspects of the Business: Market demographic changes, competition, trends, etc. and propose alternatives to grab the opportunities and overcome the threats.
- Ensure proper planning, forecasting and cash management for the future.
- Work to have clear development plan per department for the potential people with the objective of having back-up for the critical positions.
- To effectively manage and nurture the business relations with Distributor, suppliers of raw materials, co-packing suppliers such for cheese, juice, Labneh etc.
- To actively identify, mitigate, and effectively manage all risks inside and around the company to eliminate to control impacts of serious threats to the company business and plans.

Requirements

Aspirants Gulf Executive Search on behalf of their Client are looking for a General Manager with minimum of 10 years experience in FMCG, Production Companies and Food & Beverage Companies.

Experience in Sales and Marketing with good knowledge in finance and P & L management is a must.
