Head of Audit

Job description / Role

This is a new Group Level role to set up an entire Internal Audit Function for a multi billion dollar turnover business.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Set up new Internal Audit Department
- Be accountable for Risk Assessments of both Financial and Non Financial Group Policies
- Create strategic Audit Plans
- Implement controls and checks
- Sit on the Senior Leadership Team
- Conduct Investigations
- Develop Corporate Policies

Requirements

- Experience of setting up an Internal Audit function in a Top Tier Business
- Lengthy experience working in the Energy sector
- Experience of SOX Compliance
- Substantial BIG 4 Experience
- Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor
