HR Manager

Job description / Role

Purpose: To ensure that both short term and long term Human resources needs are met.

Responsible for areas such as selection and hiring, training, manpower planning, performance and motivations issues, career planning, employee grievances and complaints, development and terminations in accordance with company guidelines and approved business plans. Compliance with government regulations and regional labour laws.

Requirements

IRAQI National

- Minimum bachelor’s degree is required; master in Human Resources is preferred requirement to better fulfill the position
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience preferably in multinational company. Local market experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage time and prioritize workload and be able to work under pressure and take on several concurrent tasks
- Ability to organize office systems, organize and maintain schedule
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, Fluent in English & Arabic
- Self starter and ability to maintain confidential information
- Strong and pleasing personality
- Self starter who can work on own initiatives with minimal supervision
- Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible approach to work
