Employment: Full Time

The Marketing Manager is responsible for Plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing of the organization's products and/or services

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing of the organization's products and/or services.
- Develop an annual and quarter marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department and to direct marketing and sales staff where budgets are devolved
- Supervise and maintain the operations of the nontraditional channels such as Operators, B2B, Army and the retail.
- Generate and execute marketing activities that assist sales efforts to create product and brand awareness and help achieving assigned targets.
- Manage all marketing activities within the agreed budget.
- Oversees all marketing advertising and promotional staff and activities.
- Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
- Manages the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Conducts market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
- Develops pricing strategy in coordination with the sales manager.
- Follow up with Samsung regional offices on all related marketing issues.
- Develops and implement a company-wide plan to push our product.
- Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing management.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, this includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
