Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Monitors all sales channels activities.
- Implements effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection target.
- Sets strategies and plans for the Sales Team and leads them to implement these plans.
- Manages the Wholesalers to control their orders based on the assigned sales targets.
- Maintains contact with Key Accounts in the market area to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitors and guides the Sales Team Leaders and Sales Supervisor’s performance, sets clear targets objectives to drive improved results and define clear development goals and plans.
- Recruits and interviews Sales Team members based on criteria agreed upon with the company standards.
- Advises the Sales Supervisor in preparation of a journey plan.
- Monitors the accounts receivables for all clients and especially those whom exceed their limits.
- Establishes a quarterly sales target for the Sales Department to be approved by the director.
- Meets weekly with the Sales Team Leader and Sales Supervisors to revise weekly performance, pending issues, complaints or any related cases.
- Makes all needed efforts to maximize both present, long term sales and gross profits.
- Monitors and maintains inventory levels and reviews the entire inventory on a daily basis.
- PSI and long term Stock Management
- Develops sales forces to have the most well trained and professional sales force possible.
- Handles complaints from the wholesaler dealers, customers and constructively handles (or supervises the handling of) all customer complaints related to the Sales Department.
- Monitors competitors’ strategy and products portfolio.
- Manages day to day operations of the business.
- Sets the monthly order with the Marketing Department.
- Makes the semiannual rotation plan of the Sales Supervisors.
- Performs other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Management.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Excellent experience with distributions and distribution channels.
