Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Document and operation officer is responsible for the general document operation administrative of the Company branches in Basrah and Baghdad. He is reporting directly to the branch manager.

OBJECTIVES:
- Implementing and securing optimal processes in Docs for Iraqi officials.
- Taking measures to improve company communication to Iraqi officials.
- Securing maximum document quality standards.
- Current optimisation of the company’s organisational structure and processes.
- Maintain close communication with the customers and Company Operations to assure uniform understanding of customer.
- Achieve long term line communication to client and Iraq officials
- Improve the operation area in way guarantee presenting best services our clients.
- Implementation of the market strategy by setting sales targets.
- Building up of a personal clientele and personally taking care of the most important key customers.
- Actively build and maintain strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organisations to understand opportunities for our Company.
- Securing that the company is solvent at any time.
- Representation of the company in public.
- Close cooperation with our sister companies and especially the Regional Management.

Requirements

MUST BE IRAQI

- Bachelors Degree in logistics or any related field
- Experienced candidate sought
- Good understanding of the Oil & Gas Industry, incl. the modus operandi of the South Oil Company (SOC).
- Strong Business Development and Relation building skills.
- Strategic, analytic and action focused personality
- Competitive and self-motivated to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic)
