Job description / Role
Swisslinx Middle East is working with an International Operator who are looking for a Plant Manager on an equal Time Rotation.
The purpose of this position is to Manage the gas plant operations
- Manage the production & Maintenance
- Maintain the HSE standards
- Maintain all plant, pipeline and well operations
- Deliver strategies and set objectives
- Manage all day to day plant activities
- Oversee field Maintenance
- Prepare Budgets
- Identify training requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- At least 20 years experience in processing, design and Operations
- 10 years experience in Management in the O&G industry
- Good Communication and ability to lead large teams
