Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Retail Manager is responsible for managing all BCI retail shops within the high standards of BCI.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyzes the daily sales.
- Sets the right standards and directions for the Showrooms Supervisor to reflect it on all BCI showrooms.
- Follows up on the updates of the showroom on a daily basis.
- Monitors the stock availability report on a daily basis.
- Monitors and controls the reports from the Showrooms Supervisor.
- Monitors the showrooms appearance (physical evidence, display, employee's appearance).
- Manages the stock distribution across all BCI showrooms.
- Suggests any campaigns to develop our sales within the showrooms.
- Continues comparison of the prices of the open market and compares it with BCI showroom.
- Sets the prices of the handsets and circulates it within the showrooms.
- Monitors the stock level (per location, per model, per color) on a daily.
- Plans for any expansion or new location proposal.
- Follows up with the Warehouse and Distribution in order to confirm receiving the orders to all BCI showrooms.
- Monitors the implementation and execution plan for any new showroom.
- Performs other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent field.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- 3-5 years' experience Sales and Marketing.
- Retail management experience is a must.
- Excellent MS Office.
