Job description / Role

Our client a hugely successful and well established Advisory business based in Erbil, Kurdistan, Northern Iraq have created a new and exciting position for a Senior Manager to join their business with a succession plan to become the CEO through a fast tracked Career Development Framework Plan.

This business provides a wide range of Consultancy and Advisory services to multi national clients across Iraq. They have been established in the region for ten years and have assisted clients as international experts in accounting, regulatory, advisory and outsourcing activities.

Erbil is the largest city of the Northern Iraq region and is a vibrant community with a large expat population and a strong economy. The city is protected by large mountain ranges and this role comes with fantastic accommodation in a luxury villa within a secure area.

Requirements

We are looking to appoint a Western educated fully qualified chartered accountant with tenacity and the ability to drive business development both with new and existing clients.

Key skills that the successful candidate will need to have are:
- Chartered Accountant - Preferably ACA/ACCA/ ICAS
- Experience of working within a Big 4 Accountancy Firm
- A passion for Business Development
- Strategic Vision
- Commitment to live and work in Erbil Full Time
