Technical Training Supervisor

Job description / Role

For one of our clients, an international operating company, we are seeking a Technical Training Supervisor to work in South East Iraq on a 6/3 rotation.

Key responsibilities:
- Design technical training programs and plans
- Keep in touch with Company?s functional departments to identify technical training initiatives and projects.
- Conduct basic technical training courses for employees;
- Facilitate training and development programs, Create and coordinate technical training calendar to include all functional disciplines and operations such as Production, drilling, completion and work over, maintenance, engineering.etc.,
- Provide feedback on employees training results.
- Insure and facilitates on the job training for new employees.
- Assist on the training purchase and tendering issues.
- Keep all the records related to the technical training and provide periodical report.
- Provide the Data Base supervisor with all required information to feed the data base with.
- Duties and responsibilities are not limited on what has been listed in the above.

Requirements

This position is offered on a 12 month (renewable) contract basis.
