Employment: Full Time

An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of an ERP system in an organization. The ERP Project Manager must work closely with stakeholders, including the executive team, department managers, IT personnel, and end-users, to ensure the ERP system meets the organization's requirements and objectives. The ERP Project Manager is responsible for successfully implementing the ERP system within budget, on schedule, and to the stakeholders' satisfaction.

The successful candidate should possess the following skills;
• Project Planning and Management: The ERP Project Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project's scope, schedule, budget, and resources required.
• Stakeholder Management: The ERP Project Manager must work closely with stakeholders, including the executive team, department managers, IT personnel, and end-users, to ensure the ERP system meets the organization's requirements and objectives.
• Budget Management: The ERP Project Manager must establish a project budget, track costs, and report on budget variances.
• Risk Management: The ERP Project Manager must identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
• Resource Management: The ERP Project Manager must manage project resources, including project team members, vendors, and contractors.
• Quality Management: The ERP Project Manager must ensure that project tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards
• Change Management: The ERP Project Manager must develop a change management plan that includes stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to ensure that end-users are prepared for the new system's implementation

Salary:
EUR 4,500 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, including experience managing ERP implementations.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and implementation methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
