Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor - Cost consultancy
Our client is a leading cost and project management consultancy based in Dublin. Due to continued expansion they require a Senior M&E quantity surveyor to join the company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity over time to develop an M&E division within the company.
The company is involved in the full spectrum of construction projects including residential, commercial and education and civil projects.
Senior cost management delivery for the M&E aspects of projects. The role would be to lead both pre and post contract service in respect of the building elements projects, together with providing advice on overall procurement/design and contract strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent M&E knowledge and experience.
- Experience working within a consultancy would be beneficial but not essential
- Track record in the successful delivery of pre and post contract M&E cost management services for commercial and residential projects
- Proven track record of team working and working using own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Client focused attitude and approach.
- Excellent computer skills
A candidate with experience in ME design or construction with experience in or indeed interest in cost management/quantity surveying would also be considered for the role.
