Leading FMCG Company
NTS Group are working with a leading FMCG company to recruit an Advertising & Promotions Accountant in Jeddah, KSA.
This position, reporting into the JV Advertising and promotion Controller, is responsible for tracking and recording all aspects of A&P spends and Accounting for the KSA JV, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements.
This Position will closely work with the Sales teams to ensure to gather supporting and proof of performance for trade activities.
- Accounting for all A&P Spends in accordance with US GAAP, local statuary requirements and polices.
- Accurate and comprehensive tracking A&P spends broadly but not limited AVS, secondary visibility, Opening fees and trade deals.
- Accurate day to day A&P accounting, reporting and ensuring integrity of all financial information produced and submitted internally or externally.
- Ensure all A&P spends are executed per policy and allocated budgets.
- Issue and account for inter-company DN claims Customer CN as well as customer Credit within agreed timelines and gather proof of performance (POP) requirements in adherence with the standard requirements.
- Ensure that the required financial information is captured accurately and made available in time and accurately per the required timelines.
Requirements
- Degree Educated (Finance & Accounting Preferred)
- MA or MBA (Preferred)
- 3+ years experience within Financial Accounting
- GAAP & IFRS (Preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP (Preferred)
